We didn’t enter the security industry to start a company. We entered it because protecting people is what we have spent our entire careers doing, across some of the most demanding environments in the Bay Area and beyond.
Based in Union City, we’re a team off highly experienced security management professionals running the company’s security operations and serving all of California.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning aviation, logistics, hospitality, county government, and private security, our security industry Launch/Management Team brings a depth of real-world expertise that most security operators simply cannot match. Today, we’re channeling that experience directly into the way MINDFUL SECURITY operates.
